Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Ekon Academy:

At Ekon Academy, we strive to provide the best educational programs and services to our students. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrolment in one of our programs. However, please be aware that all sales are final, and no refunds for any kind of fees are available on cancellation of any program. We have formulated the following policy to address cancellation and refund requests:

Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Once you enroll in a program at Ekon Academy and make the necessary payment, the enrollment is considered final and cannot be canceled. 

1.2. In the event that you are unable to participate in the program due to unforeseen circumstances, we encourage you to consider deferring your enrollment to a later date if applicable, subject to availability and program-specific policies. 

1.3. Ekon Academy reserves the right to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment numbers, or other reasons. In such cases, we will notify enrolled students and provide alternative options, which may include transferring to another program or a full refund of the program fees.

Refund Policy: 

2.1. As stated in our base policy, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any fees paid for the cancellation of any program. 

2.2. In the rare event that Ekon Academy cancels a program, and you are unable to enroll in an alternative program or prefer a refund, we will initiate a full refund of the program fees paid within 30 days of program cancellation.

Transfer Policy: 

3.1. If you are unable to attend the program you enrolled in, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future date of the same program, subject to availability and program-specific policies. 

3.2. Transfer requests must be made in writing to our admissions or support team at least 15 days before the scheduled start date of the original program.

Please carefully consider your commitment and availability before enrolling in any program at Ekon Academy, as we are unable to make exceptions to the above policies. We value your understanding and cooperation in upholding this cancellation and refund policy, which allows us to continue offering high-quality educational experiences to all our students.
